I just wanted to let you know, that I baked your happy bread yesterday and today it was our dinner with salad.
I used SKYR instead of Kvak, added large nuts, mixed cheese and brown olives.
Here are some photos of when it was baked, then when I put some cheese and red tomato pesto on it and then just a quick grill in the oven.
The cheese melts and in 10 minutes its done!
Your bread is delicious!!!
I am hoping my dad will love it just as much so he can get stocked up with your product and eat healthier!!
